This photo was taken from my dock about 20 minutes ago. Recently acquired a real camera (instead of my camera phone) that I'll be using for my photography and design classes. Right now, I'm just messing around with lens filters, F-stops (Aperture), manual vs. automatic, etc.
I try to get down to the dock as much as possible. Sometimes, I'll go down after dinner, watch the sunset, and sip a beer. Sounds cheesy, but hey, whatever gets you through the day, right? This pic also reminds me of the song, "Sitt'n on the Dock of the Bay."

Otis Redding, who wrote and performed "(Sittin' on) The Dock of the Bay" died when his plane crashed into Lake Monona, Madison, WI, on December 10, 1967. Just thought you should know.
